Following a passion for building and construction, Neil completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Design at University of Canberra while working with Mitchell/Giurgola & Thorp Architects.

Following a year with Pegrum/Coilek Architects he moved to Sydney to complete a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of New South Wales.

At the end of 2000 Neil completed the ARBV Examination to qualify as a registered architect, while working for several years at Peddle Thorp Architects in Melbourne.

Neil Trabant Architecture was established in 2001 and continues to service a broad project portfolio which includes commercial, educational, hospitality and aged care as well as a diverse range of residential work.

Joining the practice in 2016 to assist with office administration, Elizabeth soon identified the need for added project support. Following the completion of an architectural drafting course, Elizabeth now participates in the design, documentation and administration of selected projects. Currently studying for her Certificate IV in Interior decoration, Elizabeth brings a unique perspective to the practice.
